We left Dallas around 11:30 this morning and flew into JFK International Airport...
Our flight was very smooth...
It was 60 degrees and sunny when we left Dallas, and 34 degrees and snow covered when we landed in NYC! (Picture above is the view out our window)
After settling into the hotel, we spent the evening in Manhattan around times square...
It's a dizzying scene... lights, people, noise, taxi cabs, sky scrappers, subways, limosuines...
Downtown New York City late at night can be a scary place, so it's a good idea to keep a couple of body-guards with you at all times... (Actually, these were a couple of New York City cops who wanted their picture with me... ha ha)Well, we started in Mt. Vernon 18 hours and 1500 miles ago... so I think it's time for some sleep!
